Role Overview- Smart Mobility Solution Lead

The
Smart Mobility & ITS Solution Lead
will be responsible for driving end-to-end advisory and solution delivery for
intelligent, connected, and sustainable mobility systems
.

This includes leading strategy, design, and implementation of
Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
,
EV infrastructure
,
Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS)
platforms, and
data-driven transport solutions
for government and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Consulting

  • Develop
    Smart Mobility and ITS roadmaps
    , frameworks, and policies for clients in the public and private sectors.
  • Conduct
    transport and traffic data analysis
    , stakeholder consultations, and feasibility assessments.
  • Define business models for
    integrated mobility, EV ecosystems, and traffic management modernization
    .
  • Advise on regulatory, safety, and cybersecurity aspects of ITS deployments.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Lead design and implementation of
    Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
    including:
  • Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS)
  • Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS)
  • Smart Parking & Traffic Signal Control Systems
  • Incident & Emergency Management Systems

  • Connected Vehicle (V2X) and IoT integration

  • Architect
    Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS)
    solutions combining multiple transport modes (EVs, public transit, shared mobility).

  • Guide clients on
    EV charging infrastructure strategy
    , interoperability, and energy optimization.
  • Integrate
    AI/ML, IoT, GIS, and cloud analytics
    for real-time monitoring and predictive traffic control.
  • Manage cross-disciplinary project teams (engineering, tech, analytics, and planning).

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Transportation Engineering, Urban Mobility, Smart Systems, or Electrical/Computer Engineering
    .
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in
    Mobility Management, Smart Cities, or Digital Transformation
    preferred.

Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in
    mobility, ITS, or transportation consulting
    .
  • Demonstrated leadership in
    ITS strategy, system architecture, or smart transport implementations
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    ITS platforms (ATMS, SCATS, SCOOT, etc.)
    and
    data analytics
    .
  • Proven success in
    stakeholder management
    across government and private sectors.
