We are looking for IT Administrator to support both day-to-day IT Operations.

Primary responsibilities and duties:

The primary focus of someone working in an IT Support position is ensuring that a company's employees can use software and hardware to complete their daily tasks. Common IT Support job duties include:

·     Hands-on experience in maintaining IT Infrastructure (Servers/Operating Systems/ mail Servers, Data & Voice Structure cabling, Network Switches, Wireless Networks, Firewalls, PCs, Laptops, Printers, AV equipment's, etc.

·     Good working experience in Office 365, Active Directory and ERP.

·     Knowledge of Firewall / Antivirus systems / Email Archiving / Backup Systems/ CCTV / Biometrics & / IP, Telephone Systems / Network Switches.

·     Identity Card Systems and Access Control.

·     Resolving IT support requests from employees.

·     Answering employee questions regarding computer systems.

·     Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems.

·     Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues.

·     Generating sign-in for new hires during the onboarding process

·     Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed

·     Updating employees on the status of their service requests

·     Investigating and diagnosing network problems and daily, and weekly reporting to IT Manager.

·     Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written

·     Ability to explain technical issues clearly.

·     Up to date with the latest developments.

Educational Qualification:

·     Should be a bachelor's degree in computer/network Hardware and Software related courses.

·     MCSE, CCNA, and Virtualization certification is preferred.

·     A minimum of 2 years' UAE Experience in the field of IT is required.
