Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker, based in Dubai, UAE, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, building strong relationships, and providing market insights. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing property listings, negotiating deals, conducting property viewings, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and staying up-to-date on market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate practices
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and negotiation
  • Knowledge of Real Property and the Dubai market
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Valid RERA certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is strongly preferred
