Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support F&B team during service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Control inventory and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of service standards and HACCP.
  • Flexible, guest-oriented, and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
