Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Account Manager, you are the analytical engine of the team, focused on turning data into growth.
You'll manage and optimise digital campaigns across META, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring every dirham spent delivers measurable impact. From setting up and tracking campaigns to analysing performance and refining targeting, you'll own the full performance marketing lifecycle.
You understand audiences, algorithms, and attribution, and you can translate metrics into insights that drive smarter creative and media decisions. While your focus is paid media, a solid understanding of how organic content supports performance is a plus.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on results, precision, and continual optimisation.
What you'll be doing:
Campaign Setup & Management
- Plan, build, and launch paid campaigns across META, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Execute in-platform campaign setup, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, ad scheduling, and bid strategy.
- Manage daily monitoring and optimisation, testing creative variations, refining targeting, and reallocating spend to maximise ROI.
- Ensure accurate tracking through pixels, UTM tags, and conversion tracking.
- Support with creation of lookalike and retargeting audiences to enhance performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and translate data into actionable insights.
- Create detailed performance reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
- Analyse user journeys and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Present key learnings and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine ad formats and messaging based on performance data.
Budget & Forecasting
- Manage ad spend across platforms, ensuring efficient budget utilisation and pacing.
- Provide monthly forecasts, pacing reports, and performance projections.
- Track and reconcile campaign budgets against client-approved spends.
Collaboration & Process
- Work closely with the Social and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader brand and content strategies.
- Share insights that inform future creative direction and messaging.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to integrate paid campaigns into wider social and digital strategies.
- Mentor Account Executives on performance marketing basics and reporting.
You'll need to bring
- 4 - 6 years' experience managing paid digital campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with META Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data.
- Experience setting up and maintaining conversion tracking and reporting dashboards.
- Deep understanding of digital ad ecosystems, from targeting to attribution.
- Ability to troubleshoot tracking, performance drops, and platform issues.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Emplifi or other analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
- Understanding of how organic and paid strategies complement each other is an advantage.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
