  5. Onboarding & Employee Relations
  6. Design and oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  7. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  8. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  9. HR Operations & Compliance
  10. Draft, review, and manage employment contracts.
  11. Ensure company policies align with UAE legal requirements.
  12. Handle visa processing, renewals, and other government-related HR documentation.
  13. Performance & Development
  14. Support management in setting KPIs and monitoring staff performance.
  15. Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  16. Assist in building a motivated, high-performing team aligned with company goals.
  17. Strategic HR Partner
  18. Work closely with senior management to streamline hiring and reduce workload.
  19. Provide insights on workforce planning and retention strategies.
  20. Contribute to building a professional, efficient, and growth-oriented organization.
Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with proven experience in the UAE real estate sector. The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Show initiative in problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring smooth HR operations.
