We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on high-impact customer acquisition across the Banking and Telecom sectors. This role is a demanding field position that requires daily physical engagement with potential customers and businesses to drive product sales and achieve ambitious monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Sales and Target Achievement: Actively pursue and acquire new customers and business accounts through direct outdoor sales activities, ensuring strict adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify new sales leads through door-to-door sales, events, and other field initiatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional and positive relationships with potential customers, ensuring a high level of customer service and smooth onboarding processes.
  • Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, market feedback, and pipeline status to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies for both banking and telecom products.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in Outdoor Sales: Candidates with proven 1 year outdoor sales experience are highly encouraged to apply. Experience specifically within the banking (e.g., financial services, credit products) or telecom (e.g., mobile services, ISPs) industries is a strong advantage.
  • International Experience Accepted: Freshers and home country outdoor sales experience may also apply.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—the ability to clearly and persuasively convey information and build instant rapport with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
