Company: Gen Boya (Turkey) Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote – Field Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Only About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries. We are now expanding our commercial presence in the UAE and are looking for independent sales agents to develop our market presence in construction, industrial, and marine sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand a portfolio of clients (distributors, contractors, construction companies, shipyards, industrial facilities). Promote our product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, decorative paints, wood coatings, floor coatings). Identify and approach new B2B customers in UAE's growing construction and industrial markets. Conduct customer visits, project site visits, and technical presentations when needed. Manage customer relations and follow-ups in coordination with our Export Department. Prepare and submit quotations and offers. Provide weekly reports on visits, quotations, and potential projects. What We Are Looking For Experience in coatings, construction chemicals, industrial materials, or B2B sales. Existing network in the UAE construction sector is a strong advantage. Knowledge of large-scale projects, contractors, and procurement channels. Self-driven, independent, and result-oriented. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule. English required; Arabic is an advantage.
