We're seeking 2 passionate and creative Events Specialist to ideate, plan, manage, and execute impactful events and brand experiences. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — leading everything from concept development and client servicing to production and delivery. • Plan, ideate,organize, and execute events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Develop original and engaging event concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout each project.
• Collaborate with design, production, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Create compelling presentation decks and proposals that clearly communicate creative ideas.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics to deliver exceptional results.
• Stay current with event trends, marketing innovations, and audience engagement strategies.
• Contribute to new business development with creative ideas and strategic insights

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in events, brand activations. (UAE experience mandatory).
• Proven ability to conceptualize, pitch, and execute creative event campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-servicing abilities.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling through experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• UAE drivers license is mandatory .
