Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT project management, fintech and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be based in Dubai UAE, with frequent travel to Abu Dhabi as per project requirements. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders in the region. (Arabic Native Speakers Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT, fintech and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to optimize project performance and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, workshops, and reviews to track progress, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards, such as PMI, Agile, and ITIL, as applicable.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

· Additional project management certifications such as PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM), or ITIL Foundation Certification are advantageous.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing digital transformation initiatives, including or enterprise software implementations, cloud migration, cybersecurity, data analytics etc. is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana etc, to plan, track, and manage project activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both written and verbal communication.
