We're on the lookout for skilled Switchgear Technicians with experience in the 
switchgear industry

to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switchgear systems, including bus bars, wiring components, and control circuits.


Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain low-voltage switchgear systems.
  • Assemble and inspect bus bars, wiring, and connections.
  • Commission and troubleshoot electrical switchgear, starters, VFDs, soft starters, MCC panels, contactors, and control circuits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.


Requirements

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in switchgear systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
  • Solid understanding of VFDs, soft starters, MCC panels, protection relays, and control wiring.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a natural problem solver.
  • Willingness to work 8–9 hours a day, 6 days a week.
