The Role

We're looking for a
Videographer & Content Creator
with a knack for storytelling and an eye for detail. You'll bring fresh ideas, creative direction, and executional excellence to our social and digital content — from short-form videos and product stories to long-form brand films and campaign shoots.

You'll be part of a growing creative team, working closely with marketing, design, and leadership to shape how the Innermost story is told across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
    Shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Creative Direction:
    Ideate and execute concepts that capture attention, foster engagement, and align with our brand aesthetic.
  • Social-First Execution:
    Produce scroll-stopping, platform-optimised videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) while also crafting cinematic long-form content.
  • Editing & Post-Production:
    Edit and colour-grade video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools; add graphics, captions, and sound design where required.
  • Collaboration:
    Work alongside our marketing and design teams to develop creative briefs, content calendars, and shoot plans.
  • Trend Awareness:
    Stay ahead of social and creative trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and shareable.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in videography, video editing, colour-grading and storytelling across both short and long formats.
  • Confident using
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and
    CapCut
    or similar editing tools.
  • Experience with both
    DSLR
    and
    mobile videography
    , including lighting, framing, and sound setup.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and what drives engagement.
  • Creative mindset with excellent visual and narrative instincts.
  • Ability to plan shoots, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A team player — we work hard, support each other, and have fun doing it.
