Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metal Furniture Production Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production of metal furniture, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of products. The role involves monitoring production processes, managing a team of workers, maintaining inventory, and fostering effective communication with cross-functional teams to optimize operations. The Production Manager will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks while identifying areas for improvement within the production workflow.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in production planning, workflow optimization, and managing manufacturing operations.
  • Technical knowledge of metal furniture production processes, including welding, machining, and finishing standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to oversee and coordinate a production team effectively.
  • Experience in inventory management, quality control, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with production management software is preferred.
  • Background in furniture production or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
