P&O Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations.
  • Manage employee grievances & track closure.
  • Oversee the disciplinary process, ensuring all investigations are conducted fairly, transparently, and in alignment with company policies and labor law.
  • Support line managers in handling employee performance, conduct, and attendance issues.
  • Maintain documentation.
  • Promote a positive and fair workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives.

Offboarding Management

  • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process including clearance, exit interviews and final settlements.
  • Identify trends and root causes from exit interviews to improve retention and engagement.
  • Ensure smooth handover and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports.
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to HR management for process improvements.

Compliance & Policy

  • Contribute to policy updates.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Camp Administration.
  • Experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry will be a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience managing blue-collar workforce operations preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with high standards of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Culturally sensitive and capable of managing diverse teams.
