Demonstrate different fragrance notes and explain top, middle, and base notes to enhance customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store or counter.
Maintain deep knowledge of all perfume brands, new launches, and limited editions.
Create an engaging and luxurious shopping experience that reflects the brand image.
Build strong and long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure the perfume display area is clean, well-organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
Manage stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory control.
Stay up to date with fragrance trends, competitors, and market developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or Sales Associate in the perfume or cosmetics industry (preferably in luxury retail).
Strong knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and application techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
Presentable, confident, and able to represent premium perfume brands professionally.
Target-oriented with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail schedule.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously.
