About Just Accessories

Just Accessories is a well-established fashion accessories retailer in the UAE, specializing in high-quality Stainless Steel Jewelry, Bags, and Sunglasses. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for our operations in premium Dubai Hills malls.

- Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional Customer Service and professional sales consultations to a diverse international and Arabic-speaking clientele.

-Actively drive sales and meet individual performance targets.

-Manage cash operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy.

-Execute professional **Visual Merchandising** and maintain high brand standards across the store.

-Maintain a thorough knowledge of all product features and current promotions.

- Essential Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following mandatory criteria:

-Gender Requirement : This position is open to female applicants only, as the role requires specific interaction and representation aligned with our brand's product line (accessories).

-Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in retail, preferably within the accessories, fashion, or luxury goods sector.

Language Skills: Fluent and professional command of the English language is a mandatory skill. Conversational to Good Proficiency in ARABIC is highly advantageous.

-Professionalism : A well-groomed, professional appearance and a strong, positive work ethic.

-Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

-Compensation and Employment Details

Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,500 Per Month.

Commission: Attractive and performance-based Sales Commission scheme.

Location Note: Candidates must be willing to work across our various prime locations within Dubai, including major malls.

Benefits: UAE Employment Visa provided , Comprehensive Health Insurance, Annual Leave benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
