Brand Manager E-commerce

Job Description**
The Brand Manager – E-Commerce is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across online channels to drive awareness, conversion, and revenue. This role oversees the digital brand presence, manages product content, optimizes customer experience, and collaborates with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design, operations) to ensure brand consistency and growth on all e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, D2C websites, and social commerce.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement strategic brand plans tailored for e-commerce channels.
- Define and maintain brand voice, identity, and visual guidelines across all online platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
2. E-Commerce Content Management
- Lead the creation and optimization of product detail pages (PDPs): images, videos, descriptions, SEO keywords, and A+ content.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across marketplaces (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) and brand websites.
3. Campaign & Performance Management
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to optimize ads, traffic, and conversion.
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, AOV) and make data-driven recommendations.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, merchandising, and customer service to ensure seamless online customer journeys.
- Coordinate with creative teams for asset development (banners, videos, product copy).
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track brand performance across all e-commerce platforms and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
- Evaluate customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve product positioning and online reputation.
6. Product & Assortment Management
- Work with product development and merchandising teams on pricing, assortment, and packaging strategies for online markets.
- Oversee inventory planning to ensure stock availability and minimize overselling.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5+ years experience in brand management, digital marketing, or e-commerce (depending on seniority level).
- Experience managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Flipkart, Tokopedia) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record launching products or campaigns online.
SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing metrics, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, CRM systems.
- Ability to create and evaluate A/B tests and conversion optimization strategies.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus / Preferred
- Experience with D2C website platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of content creation, photography, or basic design tools (Photoshop/Canva).
- Understanding of social commerce (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop).
