Key Responsibilities
User Interface Design & Visual Standards
Design intuitive, modern, and visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop UI layouts, visual elements, typography, color schemes, and design components.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and usability standards.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Translate product requirements and user needs into clear UI solutions.
Iterate designs based on feedback, testing results, and business priorities.
Collaboration & Implementation Support
Collaborate closely with UX designers, frontend developers, and product teams.
Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and style guides for development teams.
Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
Usability & Design Optimization
Apply usability principles and accessibility standards to all designs.
Conduct design reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Continuously refine interfaces based on user feedback and performance insights.
Design Systems & Documentation

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Familiarity with frontend technologies and design-to-development workflows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
