JOB PURPOSE:

Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for creating and managing the supply planning process within the company's portfolio. They will work closely with Demand Planner, Clearing & Forwarding, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure that Supply planning is accurate and aligned with business goals. UAE nationals are encouraged to apply for this role.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Stock Order Management and Replenishment Coordination

  • Manage the stock orders with Principals for replenishments on time with appropriate process controls. Co-ordinate for the shipping schedules by Co-ordinating with the supplier's site, regulatory and compliance authority until delivery of stocks at company's premises and subsequent update on ERP.

Shortages, Damages, and Claims Handling

  • Get the details from the warehouse regarding the shortages and damages and forward it to the principal in their respective claim reimbursement form and following up with them until compensation.

Purchase Order Processing and Supplier Delivery Compliance

  • Raise all PO with systematic management approval and ensure that supplier delivers orders as per agreement and stocks are available as per the sales forecast.

Stock Liquidation and Inventory Optimization

  • Regular follow up with sales with an update on near expired/Damaged stocks for liquidation. update of non-moving ageing stocks, discontinued SKU's there by reducing complexity for an efficient supply chain management.

Inventory Monitoring and Reconciliation

  • Monitor the short/excess stock on the WMS vs Oracle Vs Physical and keep a check with the warehouse with clear accountability and timely escalation.

Problem Solving

  • Managing all other aspects of supply chain which contribute in the organizational growth by showing intent of leadership ,commitment and rational problem solving techniques.

Forecast Alignment & Co-Packing Activity Coordination

  • Align with demand planner for all forecasting validation.
  • Manage the co-packing activity with close co-ordination with demand planner, warehouse and brand managers.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience needed in end to end supply chain domain.
