About the Role

Dania Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aesthetic General Practitioner to join our growing team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for a practitioner who is entrepreneurial, has a loyal patient following, or is skilled at converting consultations into high-value aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultations: Conduct comprehensive facial and body assessments to develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans.
  • Injectables: Perform advanced non-surgical procedures, including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters (Profhilo, etc.), and Mesotherapy.
  • Energy-Based Treatments: Operate medical-grade lasers for hair removal, skin resurfacing, and pigmentation (e.g., Candela, Fotona, or Cynosure).
  • Skin Rejuvenation: Perform PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy, chemical peels, and advanced microneedling.
  • Patient Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients through meticulous follow-ups and ethical care.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote services and participate in clinic "Open Days" or social media educational content.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Licensing: Must possess a valid MOH (Ministry of Health) License or an Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine within the UAE.
  • Clinical Skills: Expert proficiency in injectables (Botox/Fillers) and laser safety protocols is mandatory.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage for the Sharjah patient demographic.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a "patient-first" mindset and a professional grooming standard.
