Position Title: Channel Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead a team of motivated sales professionals while achieving individual sales excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in the full sales cycle — from lead generation and relationship management to deal closure — along with strong leadership skills to inspire and elevate team performance.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the UAE channel market (Independent Retailers and Resellers) and extensive experience in selling PC monitors and related IT products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and develop new accounts through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans to achieve consistent revenue growth aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers and leverage referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Manage key customer relationships, understand client requirements, and provide actionable feedback to enhance the product portfolio.
  • Oversee key account management and ensure excellent pre- and post-sales support across designated products and regions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, addressing performance gaps to maintain a high-performing culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, from planning to closing, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE channel market (especially Bur Dubai and Deira), including Independent Retailers (IR) and resellers.
  • 5–7 years of experience in selling PC monitors (Samsung, MSI, ASUS) or networking brands (Netgear, TP-Link, D-Link).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities to inspire and guide a sales team.
  • 3–5 years of people management experience preferred.
