KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate, manage, and convert leads into clients through cold calling, networking, and company-provided resources.
  • Provide guidance and assist clients (buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors) in marketing and purchasing/leasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals, ensuring a fair and honest dealing process.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS

  • Mandatory: Proven minimum of 1-2 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market (off-plan preferred).
  • Experience in B2C Selling or telesales experience also can be used as skill.

OFFICE LOCATION: DUBAI , DEIRA ( near Al ghurair mall )

OFFER : SALARY + COMMISSION ( Closure gets you advance commission as well)
