The Outdoor Sales Executive in a Rent-a-Car company is responsible for generating new corporate and individual clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's vehicle rental services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through outdoor visits, partnerships, and customer engagement to maximize fleet utilization and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients to promote short-term and long-term vehicle rental services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct outdoor visits to hotels, travel agencies, corporate offices, and other potential client locations.
  • Negotiate rental agreements, pricing, and contract terms to close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely vehicle delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with clients for renewals, extensions, and feedback on services.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and client visit updates to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in resolving any client issues or complaints.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitors' activities, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED8,000.00 per month
