RexR is seeking a seasoned
Group Chief Financial Officer
to lead financial strategy, governance, and performance across a multi-entity manufacturing group. The role will drive cash optimization, financial planning, compliance, and risk management while acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board to support sustainable business growth.

Key Result Areas

1. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

  • Lead forecasting and optimization of group-wide cash inflows and outflows.
  • Monitor operating, investing, and financing cash flows to ensure strong liquidity.
  • Optimize working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
  • Implement financial automation for real-time cash visibility and controls.

2. Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the group's long-term financial strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Build data-driven forecasting models for revenue, costs, and capital requirements.
  • Support investment evaluation, project feasibility, and capital allocation.
  • Partner with business units to set budgets and financial targets.

3. Reporting & Compliance

  • Oversee consolidated financial statements in line with
    IFRS
    standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership and regulators.
  • Manage audits, tax filings, and statutory submissions across entities.
  • Strengthen governance, policies, and financial controls.

4. Risk Management & Controls

  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
  • Establish internal control frameworks and compliance protocols.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams on regulatory matters.
  • Oversee insurance, contingency, and financial risk planning.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead finance and accounting teams across subsidiaries.
  • Drive capability building, succession planning, and performance culture.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and process excellence.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as strategic advisor to CEO, Board, and executive leadership.
  • Present financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulators.
  • Communicate financial performance clearly across the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strategic financial leader with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to influence business strategy through financial insights.
  • High integrity, governance mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-entity structures.
  • Strong leadership with ability to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA / CA / CPA / CFA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial tools.

Experience Required

  • 10–15+ years
    progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Minimum
    5 years in senior executive finance role (CFO / Group Finance Head).
  • Must have experience in
    Manufacturing industry
    – mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, compliance, treasury, and reporting.
  • Strong exposure to banking, funding, and capital structuring.
