We are looking for an experienced
Authorities Approval Engineer
to manage all authority-related processes for our interior fit-out projects; from drawing submissions to site access coordination and inspection approvals.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience dealing with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and various building management teams, ensuring projects move smoothly through every stage of approval and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on authority approvals for design and shop drawings through relevant portals.
  • Coordinate with consultants and government authorities to ensure timely review and approval of drawings and NOCs.
  • Handle site access and work permit requirements with building management teams, including documentation, security deposits, and portal updates.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor access by verifying and submitting required documents.
  • Arrange and attend authority and building inspections, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate trackers for submissions, work permits, deposits, and payments.
  • Support PRO and administrative tasks related to authority accounts and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or MEP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of approval procedures with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, and building managements.
  • Familiarity with authority submission portals and documentation standards.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills with a proactive, organized approach.
