Job Opening: Real Estate Consultant

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Conduct property showings and tours for prospective buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
  3. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on the buying and selling process, market trends, and property values.
  4. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  5. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring the best possible terms for both buyers and sellers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, industry regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

  1. Valid real estate license in UAE
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  5. Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics and trends.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  7. Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and platforms.
  8. REAL ESTATE or LUXURY brand sales experience MANDATORY.
