Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events and client engagement initiatives. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the brand presence and customer experience through exclusive property launches, exhibitions, private client activations, and corporate gifting programs. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and exceptional project management skills, preferably with experience in the real estate, luxury, or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-house and external events, including property launches, exhibitions, networking activations, and client engagement programs.
  • Develop and manage detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery.
  • Liaise with venues, vendors, agencies, decorators, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Represent the brand during events and ensure a premium, client-focused experience aligned with company standards.
  • Oversee guest relations and ensure VIP clients receive personalized, high-quality experiences.
  • Maintain client preferences, interactions, and feedback through CRM systems to improve future engagements.
  • Deliver exceptional, white-glove service that enhances client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Lead corporate gifting initiatives, identifying and sourcing premium items for clients, partners, and agents.
  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and gifting logistics, ensuring timely and personalized deliveries.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of local and international event and gifting suppliers.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to align event and branding initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide post-event reports, insights, and recommendations for future improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in events management or experiential marketing, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or hospitality industries.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale corporate events and client engagement activities.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho/Odoo.
  • Presentable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4, AED8,000.00 per month
