Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Technical Services Coordinator. The role entails creating technical quotations and coordinating technical services for marine NAVCOM division operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support to clients. Responsibilities include overseeing the quality of services, addressing customer inquiries, preparing offers on timely manner and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and efficient solutions. The Technical Services Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining communication with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout all processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Services and Technical Support
  • Experience in Marine Navcom as co ordinator or Navcom field eniginner also can apply.
  • Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Background in the maritime sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations in the maritime industry
