Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and confident Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Arabic or Russian, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle clients efficiently while maintaining the salon's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage salon appointments and scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle client payments and record transactions accurately.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Must speak Arabic or Russian fluently (English communication required).
  • Strong, confident personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous salon or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be presentable, well-groomed, and punctual.
  • Visa: Candidates with own visa preferred; company visa can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Must be available to work full-time in Arjan, Dubai.
