The Production team ensures timely, accurate, and high-quality output aligned with our design standards.

Job Purpose

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on the shop floor, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This role coordinates the efforts of operators, technicians, and laborers during assigned shifts, driving efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight & Execution

-Supervise assigned production lines and monitor daily output.

-Ensure that job orders and work instructions are followed as per specifications.

-Coordinate with the Production Engineer to manage workflow and resolve production issues.

Workforce Coordination

-Assign duties and supervise operators, technicians, and helpers.

-Monitor workforce attendance, shift allocation, and compliance with labor regulations.

-Conduct basic training and job instruction for newly assigned workers.

Quality & Compliance

-Monitor in-process quality checks and ensure product standards are maintained.

-Identify and report quality deviations to the Production Engineer and QA team.

-Ensure adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Materials & Machine Management

-Coordinate with inventory and material handlers to ensure timely material availability.

-Report machine breakdowns and assist in coordination with maintenance teams.

-Monitor machine utilization and efficiency during the shift.

Reporting & Documentation

-Maintain production logs, attendance records, and incident reports.

-Provide shift updates, hourly output summaries, and production deviations.

-Assist in updating KPIs, downtime logs, and corrective action records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications

-Diploma or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or related field

  • 5–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision

-Experience in carpentry, joinery, or customized interiors manufacturing is preferred

-Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles is a plus

-Urdu speaker is preferred.
