Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Associate HR
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, with the ability to support organizational goals through effective HR practices. This role is perfect for someone with 1 year of HR experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Data Management:

  • Implement low-cost solutions using Excel and manual tools to track employee data.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in HR information systems and personnel records.

Employee Engagement & Training:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Contribute to improved employee satisfaction, retention, and career development.

HR Strategy & Policy Support:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Align HR practices with organizational goals and employee needs.

Compliance & Frameworks:

  • Interpret HR frameworks, employment laws, and benefits programs.
  • Ensure internal consistency and compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.

Employee Relations:

  • Proactively address employee concerns and resolve HR-related queries.
  • Bridge communication gaps between employees and management to foster stronger workplace relations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or PG degree in Human Resources field.
  • 1 year of HR experience (preferably in employee engagement, HR operations, or compliance in Multicultural environment).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, frameworks, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
