Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of event-led and omni-channel retail media campaigns
  • Develop media frameworks and go-to-market strategies aligned with Precision Media brand objectives
  • Own and execute the retail media events calendar, driving campaign initiatives and market visibility
  • Partner with data and insights teams to leverage first-party shopper data for targeting and campaign optimization
  • Oversee creative development and media asset production, ensuring alignment with retailer brand marketing initiatives
  • Build and execute the marketing and communications strategy for Precision Media, including brand positioning and partner marketing
  • Manage creation of marketing collateral, case studies, thought leadership content, and event activations
  • Collaborate with advertisers, agencies, and internal commercial teams to co-develop high-impact campaigns
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track media performance and campaign effectiveness, optimizing initiatives to deliver measurable results
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or a related discipline

  • Eight or more years of experience in media, marketing, or retail media environments
  • Proven background in omni-channel media planning and campaign execution
  • Experience working within FMCG, ecommerce, or digital advertising ecosystems preferred
  • Strong understanding of media performance metrics and marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills
