Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will oversee the sales strategy, manage business development efforts, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, designing strategic sales plans, optimizing sales operations, and identifying market trends to capitalize on opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless delivery of event solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales , with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and building lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development, identifying opportunities, and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the event or hospitality industry and familiarity with Dubai's business landscape is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
