Looking for a UAE-based partner to build and lead Techspire Consulting's Oracle ERP and EPM work across the GCC.

This is not a hire in the usual sense. The role suits a senior operator who can work autonomously, bring market relationships, and shape the practice as far as they want to take it. This practice will be built jointly with firm leadership, with active support in business development, delivery, and capability building.

About the Opportunity

Techspire Consulting enables enterprise and government organisations to modernise the back office. This role sets the regional agenda for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, leads high-stakes delivery, and serves as the senior face to CXO stakeholders. The mandate is practical, outcomes-focused, and commercially grounded.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

  • Define and execute the regional strategy for Oracle ERP and EPM in line with business goals.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, solution architects, and delivery managers to consistent standards.
  • Shape go-to-market propositions and thought leadership across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and AI-enabled finance.
  • Drive innovation using AI, automation, analytics, and integration.

Client Engagement

  • Act as senior sponsor for key enterprise and government accounts across the UAE and GCC.
  • Advise CFOs, CIOs, and transformation leaders on digital finance strategy, operating model redesign, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead pre-sales, solution workshops, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery for Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud programmes.
  • Govern scope, quality, timelines, and financial performance across large engagements.
  • Provide QA, architecture guidance, and risk management.
  • Align business, finance, IT, and change workstreams to a clear cadence.

Practice Development

  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing Oracle consulting team.
  • Build partnerships with Oracle and ecosystem vendors, strengthening certifications and delivery capability.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and strategic bids.
  • Track and embed emerging Oracle technologies, including Fusion Data Intelligence, Redwood UX, AI Agents, and GenAI in Finance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 20+ years in Oracle consulting, with 10+ years in leadership or director roles, ideally in the Middle East.
  • Deep expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP, covering Financials, Procurement, Projects, and SCM, and Oracle EPM Cloud, covering FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, TRCS, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Proven record leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations, preferably public sector or enterprise scale.
  • Strong understanding of finance transformation, performance management, and digital operating models.
  • Credibility with CFO organisations and technology leaders, able to translate complexity into clear decisions.
