Mission

Run the legal "backbone" for our engineering centre—entity upkeep, data-protection compliance, labour law, and cross-border IP and funding flows—so that developers can ship product without legal friction.

Core responsibilities

  • Entity & board management – File all DBD annual returns, BOI/FBL renewals, share-register updates; prepare bilingual board agendas, resolutions, and minutes within five working days of each meeting.
  • Commercial & IP contracts – Draft/negotiate SaaS, software-development, open-source, employment, and IP-assignment agreements.
  • PDPA & privacy – Lead quarterly audits of DevOps pipelines (logs, test data, backups); plug gaps, document remedial actions, and brief the global DPO.
  • Capital movements – Structure and paper capital injections, inter-company loans, and dividend distributions; liaise with Thai banks and foreign-exchange desks on FET forms.
  • Employment support – Review offer letters, ESOP grants, contractor conversions, and visa/Work-Permit filings; manage any labour-court or SSO disputes with external counsel.
  • Regulatory watch – Track PDPA regulations, BOI policy shifts, and software-export controls; issue concise impact notes to Engineering leadership.
  • Process ownership – Build and maintain contract templates, signing-authority matrix, and digital board-pack workflow for the hub.

Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer, 8+ years in tech-sector corporate/commercial work.
  • Deep PDPA implementation experience and solid grasp of BOI incentives/FBL limits.
  • Fluent business English (draft-quality)
