The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Head of Fundraising & Strategic Finance to lead HIRA's investor relations in the UAE and broader MENA region. This is an equity-based, performance-driven role with the goal of laying the foundation for the company's CFO role.

Your mission: secure early-stage funding, manage investor relations, and shape HIRA's financial strategy for rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising initiatives targeting UAE and MENA-based investors, angel networks, and family offices.
  • Develop financial models, projections, and investor materials.
  • Manage investor relations and represent HIRA professionally in meetings and negotiations.
  • Advise on capital structure, valuations, and financial compliance.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to align financial planning with growth objectives.
  • Transition into CFO responsibilities as fundraising milestones are met.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in fundraising, venture finance, or startup capital advisory.
  • Strong connections within UAE or regional investor networks.
  • Established investor network.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience in digital media, entertainment, or tech startups is a plus.
  • Motivated by equity and success-based incentives, not a traditional salary.

  • "Preferably 5+ years in finance, investment, or fundraising" soft guidance, not a hard requirement.
