We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python and C++ to join one of our leading clients within the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering high-performance, end-to-end technology solutions that support critical business functions across front and middle office environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions across the full technology stack.
  • Contribute to both back-end services (Python and C++) and modern front-end applications (React, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quants, traders, and data engineers to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure software adheres to best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical direction across the platform.
  • Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive professional experience (typically 5+ years) as a Software or Full-Stack Engineer.
  • Proven expertise in Python and C++, with a solid understanding of performance optimization and software design principles.
  • Experience building full-stack applications, ideally using modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Desirable Experience

  • Background in financial services, quantitative analytics, or trading systems.
