Summary:

Carry out electrician & plumber responsibilities in container conversion or any other relevant GCR sub-unit as directed by the container conversion workshop supervisor. This entails performing maintenance tasks and undertaking various electrical work in conversion projects, ensuring that they meet the Company's required standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components in container conversion projects.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper wiring, connection, and grounding of electrical systems.
  • Help in the setup and testing of electrical equipment and fixtures within converted containers.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
  • Support the troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical issues and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
  • Perform inspections to identify potential electrical problems and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the documentation of electrical work, including the preparation of reports and maintenance records.
  • Aid in the procurement and organization of electrical material supplies and equipment required for container conversion projects.
  • Responsible for all plumbing work in container conversion projects, including the Installation of water supply, drainage, and waste piping systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace to facilitate efficient electrical work.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Diploma or equivalent

Technical Qualification / Certification: Plumbing & Electrical wiring, fixtures, and fault finding are preferable.

Related Work Experience: Minimum of 3 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
