We are seeking a talented and dedicated BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our Service Team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Niagara-based systems, BMS commissioning, retrofit, and AMC-related works. You will play a key role in ensuring that systems are commissioned, tested, and optimized to meet performance standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities


• Execute commissioning, testing, and validation of BMS and control systems.


• Perform Niagara system configuration, graphics creation, and logic programming.


• Support AMC and retrofit projects, including upgrades and replacements.


• Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and rectification of BMS issues.


• Coordinate with the Senior Project Engineer, clients, and service teams to ensure project success.


• Prepare detailed commissioning reports, test sheets, and as-built documentation.


• Assist in client handover, training, and post-commissioning support.


• Adhere to company standards for safety, quality, and technical excellence.

Qualifications & Experience


• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BMS commissioning and service support.


• Niagara Framework experience is mandatory (Niagara N4 certification preferred).


• Strong knowledge of BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.) and HVAC systems.


• Experience in AMC and retrofit project execution.


• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team.
