Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for a full-time, on-site position at our Dubai, United Arab Emirates location. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a pleasant and seamless stay for all guests. Additional tasks include handling laundry duties, reporting maintenance needs, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Housekeeping and Clean Room practices for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively
  • Time management and attention to detail to ensure efficient and thorough task completion
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or similar service-oriented industry is preferred
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
