Summary
:

The Commercial Program Associate will serve as the internal stakeholder expert and liaison between commercial, product, marketing, finance and engineering, to ensure all projects are driven with a customer centric approach. The Program Associate will have direct interaction with leadership and be responsible for delivering on key initiatives including all GTM activities with a major focus on product adoption. This role will suit someone with a least 2 years of commercial related experience with a preference in program or project management. The Program Associate will be responsible for working with senior and executive level leadership, and will be responsible for spending time in the field with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal and customer understanding

• Support key role in GTM planning and ownership of all product adoption initiatives across all markets
• Partner with B2B marketing events planning and performance
• Collaborate with PF Academy planning and customer adoption
• Responsible for partnering with key internal departments on any initiative that touches the customer and has impact on our commercial team
• Plays a crucial role in the strategic planning process across multiple departments including commercial to ensure customer centric approach and development or programs
• Partners with Sales Enablement to help bring visibility and reporting to all KPI's with new programs
• Ensures all GTM are written and executed with customer focus

Commercial Processes

• Ability to be the gatekeeper on all programs or projects that touch the customer and or commercial with a strong understanding of internal workings and processes
• Support in process improvement within the commercial team by helping review processes, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and assisting in ensuring our ways of working follow company standards and best practices.

The Person
Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
• Strong written and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
• Feels comfortable with data analysis

• Fluent in English both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus
