Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
IT Coordinator
to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, network systems, and office equipment, while ensuring information security and supporting daily IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via remote access, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues on company devices including laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain company computers, servers, and software applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including internet, intranet, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Maintain and monitor CCTV systems, IT server rooms, and office IT equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure local office data and information security are properly maintained and managed.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and administration teams to evaluate and process IT equipment purchases.
  • Support IT asset management activities including inventory tracking and maintenance records.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or external vendors as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Familiar with configuration and maintenance of firewalls, switches, routers, and CCTV systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g.,
    CCNA, CCNP, MCSE
    ) are an advantage.
