About the Role:
Prime Transport is hiring a PMV, Fleet & Transportation Manager to oversee our plant, machinery, and vehicle operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of managing the fleet independently — ensuring maximum efficiency, minimum downtime, and smooth transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet maintenance, repair, and inspection schedules.
- Manage vehicle dispatching, driver coordination, and daily transport operations.
- Supervise workshop teams and ensure preventive maintenance is followed.
- Track and analyze fleet performance, fuel usage, and operating costs.
- Maintain accurate records for all equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Handle procurement of spare parts, stock control, and supplier coordination.
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff to achieve high performance and safety awareness.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of UAE experience in PMV, fleet, or transportation management.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles, machinery, and maintenance planning.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
- Ability to work independently and make quick operational decisions.
