We're urgently hiring a Customer Service,

Responsibilities:

2.1.1 Handling of all customer feedback/complaints related to service.

2.1.2 Analyzing of all complaints and the length taken to resolve the complaint

2.1.3 Resolving issues of customer dissatisfaction & any discrepancies

2.1.4 Handling all answered Customer Questionnaires and resolving issues if any. Analyze the Feedback and give feedback in quarterly report.

2.1.5 Liaising with all corporate accounts by regularly visiting the key personnel and maintaining contact for lease service feedback.

2.1.6 Ensuring customer satisfaction during time of vehicle maintenance, by follow up. Ad-hoc checking of the car after service

2.1.7 Constant follow-up and reminding of accounts, fleet, lease replacement and Rental Sales Agent in order to resolve queries and keep customers satisfied

2.1.8 Completion of a daily activity report and log book of all complaints

2.1.9 Maintaining a regular-customer database for Marketing and Greeting cards

2.1.10 Where applicable recommend refunds and compensation

2.1.11 Prepare a welcome letter to all new customers.

2.1.12 Give a courtesy call to all new customers

2.1.13 Liaise with staff on customer service standards and give counseling where standards are not being met.

2.1.14 Undertakes other duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
