Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.)
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or tele-sales (preferably in a digital agency).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing products and packages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-driven, confident, and proactive in approaching clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives.

· Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.

· Monitor and evaluate team performance using CRM tools and call metrics.

· Train, motivate, and support team members to improve performance.

· Handle escalated client queries and complex negotiations.

· Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

· Generate regular sales reports and present them to senior management.

· Skill set to work on target. Meet your own target and your team target.
