Job Responsibilities:

  • To keep account records (voucher register, cash disbursement, prepaid journal, fixed assets, depreciations, accruals, to carry out any other tasks assigned by the department head.
  • Efficiently maintains the standard quality of services as defined by ERTH
  • Preparing food costs on daily basis
  • Reconciling physical inventories and F&B items and general store with GL accounts before month end closing. Taking backups and print from the system before month end updating
  • Maintaining files in good order so as to facilitate subsequent review by the finance director
  • To supervise all outlets and room service order takers and spot check, prepare weekly schedule for store staffs
  • Responsible for monthly physical valuation of all food, beverages and operating supply inventories for the month of end closing.
  • Prepare daily sales summary report on daily basis.
  • Prepares menu costing, buffet costing, flash food cost, etc.
  • Review of slow moving and nearly expiry items and advice all department concerned.
  • Employee cafeteria transfer and cost JV preparation.
  • Market survey, P&L for main events/ theme nights.
  • Checking the F&B locations, P&L on monthly basis and advising the management on major variations in revenues and expenses.
  • To carry out any other reasonable and lawful request directed by the Management
  • To maintain and ensure confidentiality at all time.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership role - F&B Background
  • SAP accounting experience is essential.
  • CMA /CPA is desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting in F&B sector
