Civil Supervisor – Maintenance & Renovation

About the Role

APLUS Interior is seeking a Civil Supervisor with hands-on experience in building maintenance and fit-out renovation works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of civil and MEP systems, leadership skills to manage on-site teams, and the ability to provide creative and practical solutions that meet client expectations and market standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for maintenance and renovation projects.
  • Lead and guide technicians across civil, plumbing, electrical, and AC works to ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess defects, and propose repair or upgrade solutions.
  • Provide technical input and innovative ideas for materials, finishes, and methods of execution.
  • Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding progress, challenges, and site requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Prepare daily reports, material requests, and manpower planning.
  • Support the estimation and procurement teams with site feedback and material recommendations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3–6 years of UAE experience in maintenance and renovation works (villa, retail, or commercial).
  • Knowledge of mechanical and MEP maintenance is a must.
  • Strong understanding of modern materials, finishing techniques, and market trends.
  • Capable of managing a multidisciplinary team and coordinating multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
