Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant

  • Experience:
    8-12years

Role Overview

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional knowledge and hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have worked on at least one end-to-end Fusion Financials implementation and be comfortable interacting with business users and stakeholders. Experience with AI-driven Oracle features is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate functional requirements into solution designs
  • Deliver solutions offshore and travel onsite when needed
  • Design module-specific solutions in Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Gather and document requirements (AIM / OUM / TCM methodologies)
  • Support and enhance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Cash Management
  • Knowledge of Sub-ledger Accounting preferred
  • Participate in design reviews and solution workshops
  • Conduct Fit–Gap analysis, prepare functional design documents
  • Support CRP, SIT, UAT cycles and conduct user training
  • Prepare test scripts, test cases, and project deliverables
  • Provide business support and troubleshooting during rollout/steady-state

Required Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3 years of Oracle Financials experience (EBS / Fusion)
  • At least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation
  • Strong core finance domain knowledge
  • Client-facing delivery role experience
  • Experience in sectors like Retail, Government, Energy, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, or Utilities preferred
