Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Graduate Graphic Designer UAE National Only to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for Emirati graduates who are eager to start their career in a multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy environment. You will be part of the graphic design team to create engaging visual content across a range of project-specific, corporate, and other design initiatives.

Your role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing high quality, creative and attractive reports and presentations, using InDesign and PowerPoint.
  • Support the development of high-quality diagrams/infographics and other visuals to communicate complex concepts.
  • Collaborate with other creative teams and internal stakeholders to produce innovative, visually compelling designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for concepts and visual storytelling.
  • Prepare and review artwork for print and digital publication.
  • Assist in maintaining and organising digital design assets and templates.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

About you

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other creative tools. Working knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of branding, design guidelines, colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual balance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.

  • Portfolio or samples of creative work demonstrating design capability.
