Desired Candidate Profile- Lead and oversee commissioning activities for process systems in oil & gas facilities.
- Develop and implement commissioning procedures, checklists, and schedules.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth handover.
- Supervise system pre-commissioning, flushing, leak tests, and functional checks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, and international codes.
- Troubleshoot process issues during start-up and optimize plant performance.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, reports, and as-built records.
- Lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians on site.
- Interface with client representatives during FAT, SAT, and performance testing.
- Support training and knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance teams.
